• Comp TIA A+ OS Technology (Passed)
• Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System (Passed)
• Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System (Passed)
• Comp TIA Network + Certification Exam

I also plan on taking the following exams in the future:

• Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional
• Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
